Pressed pork rinds

Pork rind is a very popular product in the cuisine of southern Spain, and is used to prepare both lunchtime dishes and aperitifs and traditional confectionery. 
Pressed pork rinds:
Propertiess: Made from selected Iberian pork rind fats, with no added colour agents or preservatives. The rinds are pressed to remove fat from the product.
Format:Presented in a cheese-like shape.
Uses Direct consumption, as an aperitif; or as an ingredient for making traditional confectionery, hornazos (pies) etc.
